Where can I buy kitchenware in Kigali?
At Oreste Utensils, City Plaza, Kigali. The shop sells cookware, dinnerware, glassware and small kitchen appliances, and delivers across Kigali. It's open every day from 8 AM to 9 PM — or order online and pay when it arrives.
Does Oreste Utensils deliver in Kigali?
Yes, anywhere in Kigali. Delivery is free on orders of 500,000 RWF or more. Below that there is a delivery fee that depends on your area; we confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay. You can also collect your order free of charge from the shop.
How do I pay?
When your order arrives: cash or MTN Mobile Money (MoMo). If you collect from the shop, you pay at the counter. There is no online payment.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and check out. Your order is recorded and you get a WhatsApp message to send us; we then confirm stock, the delivery fee and timing. You can also message us on WhatsApp directly or visit the shop.
What are your opening hours?
Every day, 8 AM to 9 PM, at City Plaza, Kigali.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and what's wrong, and we'll tell you what we can do. Because you pay on delivery, you see your order before you pay for it.
Do you supply hotels, restaurants and businesses?
Yes. Send us what you need through the trade quote form or on WhatsApp and we'll prepare a quote.
